More than a decade ago Corporate Voices for Working Families was formed to engage the business community in public and corporate policy issues involving working families. Over the years, Corporate Voices has grown into a unique voice, providing leading and best-practices employers a forum to improve the lives of working families, while strengthening our nation's economy and enhancing the vitality of our communities.

To recognize the influential work and progress over the past ten years, Corporate Voices' Annual Meeting and 10th anniversary celebration will be held June 15-17, 2011 with the theme, "Celebrating 10 Years of Success: Shaping the 21st Century Workforce and Workplace." The Annual Meeting, convening over two and a half days, will feature a White House briefing, Capitol Hill luncheon and an exciting collection of keynote speakers and panels.  As a member company, we hope you will be able to join us at our Annual Meeting. In conjunction with our annual partners meeting, we will host a special dinner celebration June 16, 2011, where we will celebrate, with our business partners, friends and funders, our many significant accomplishments during the past 10 years. Our 10^th anniversary celebration includes a dinner and program held in conjunction with the Annual Meeting of our 55 partner companies. This event will provide Corporate Voices' partner companies and funders, influential business leaders and policy makers and friends an opportunity to reflect on the success of the last 10 years and look toward the future. We invite you to be a part of this celebration and recognition.

Our 10th anniversary celebration -- culminating in a dinner and program held in conjunction with our annual partners meeting -- offers organizations sponsorship opportunities that offer various levels of recognition and visibility.

One opportunity is advertising in our 10th anniversary celebration program that will be distributed to our partner companies and funders, influential business leaders and policy makers and friends who have supported Corporate Voices through the years. This full-color magazine-style program will highlight our accomplishments while providing a forum for government and business leaders to offer their congratulations and perspectives on our many successes. Please note organizations who sponsor the event at a leadership level will receive advertisement space as a benefit of sponsorship.

Advertisement options include:

• Full page (5 inches wide by 8 inches tall) advertisements with an additional opportunity to provide give away items for attendee gift bags can be purchased for $5,000

• Half-page (5 inches wide by 3.875 inches tall - portrait orientation) advertisements can be purchased for $2,500

• Quarter-page (2.375 inches wide by 3.875 inches tall - landscape orientation) adverstisments can be purchased for $1,500

Corporate Voices Organizing Special June 15 Members Only "Policy Day"  

Corporate Voices is currently organizing a June 15 invitation-only "policy day" for our member companies. Throughout this special day, our member companies will take part in a series of events on Capitol Hill and at the White House.

Events of note include:

• Roundtable discussions with members of Congress and their staffs on a series of relevant legislative topics.   

• A bi-partisan leadership luncheon panel, where our member companies will be briefed by committee leaders on some of the most pressing issues facing our nation's workforce and their vision on what steps are needed to grow and strengthen our future economy.

• A special White House briefing from White House staff on issues such as workforce readiness/education and flexibility in the workplace.
