Join the Campaign As a Business Champion for Workplace Flexibility
Why Should I Join?
If you believe in the value of workplace flexibility, we are asking you to join this campaign and express your support for expanding awareness of the positive benefits that workplace flexibility offers to businesses and to working familes. By signing the Statement of Support for Expanding Workplace Flexibility your business will become a "Business Champion" of the campaign and will:
- Be recognized nationally at the end of the campaign,
- Attract national media exposure;
- Be invited to regional special events promoting workplace flexibility,
- Be featured on Corporate Voices' website,
- Receive a "Business Champion" seal acknowledging their status and support of the campaign, in addition to promotional materials, and
- Join a select group of best-practice corporate leaders that champion flexibility as a strategy to ensure competitiveness and success in the global economy.
Current Business Champions in this campaign are listed to the right, and we hope to add more in the coming months.
Businesses that are preparing for the future and want to be globally competitive are embracing flexibility policies as valuable management and recruiting tools to help enhance their productivity and profitability. The demographic changes of the 21st century mean that a significant portion of the labor force now has to care for children and the elderly, is going to school while working, and is juggling a number of other life obligations. Having flexible workplace arrangements—from compressed work-weeks and job-sharing to telecommuting—are proven to help workers better manage their work and life obligations, and thereby increase employee engagement, retention, job satisfaction, and productivity.
How Do I Join the Camapgin?
To join the campaign and become a "Business Champion," we ask that an executive from the C-Suite level of the business sign the Statement of Support for Expanding Workplace Flexibility, found below, and return it to Yvonne Siu.
